Regional Field Directors (RFDs) serve a vital leadership role within the program and are responsible for regional management of canvass teams. The Regional Field Director will assist in leading voter mobilization programs in support of progressive candidates and issues in the assigned region.

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing a winning campaign and overseeing all aspects of the campaign organization. The Campaign Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, recruitment and management of campaign staff, coordination and implementation of fundraising operations as well as ongoing coordination with the candidate.

The Program Manager serves a vital leadership role within the program and is responsible for management of canvass programs. He/She provides strategic guidance to teams and managers in ways to effectively deliver the program outcome to our organization.

The Quality Control Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities to our Field Organizers. The Quality Control Assistant will check the quality of signed petitions before submission.

  • Verify and process all signed petitions in a detailed and timely manner
  • Read and generate QC reports
  • Communicate issues promptly to other team members to ensure that corrective action can be taken to deliver content on a strict schedule.
  • Provide process improvement know how, methods and conceptual expertise to teams

The Field Director will be the primary staff member responsible for tracking statewide programmatic priorities. The Field Director will be key link between field leadership staff and Corporate departments, tracking and communicating support or information needs and delivering support field staff in a timely and comprehensive manner. The Field Director will work alongside regional counterparts to shepherd processes: scripts, capacity projections and goals, targeting, literature and materials, quantitative and qualitative reporting, and more.

Field Organizers are vital to the success of our programs and campaign, they are responsible for the day-to-day management of a canvass teams. Field organizers will primarily be responsible for recruiting volunteers, organizing events, representing the campaign at events

This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door to door canvassing. While doing so it is the responsibility of the canvasser to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area.
